Unit Information

E Battery (Target Acquisition Battery), 1st Battalion, 151st Field Artillery is a Minnesota Army National Guard battery headquartered in Anoka.

E TAB provides combatant commanders with a target acquisition expertise and is also prepared to support the State of Minnesota with troops and equipment capable of assisting in a disaster. E TAB typically maintains radar teams consisting of six to nine Soldiers per team, as well as Soldiers in maintenance and support positions.

On March 12, 2009, Capt. Gile announced that E TAB would be deploying in April for one year in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
