A Soldier from the 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry holds his daughter during a welcome home ceremony July 10 in Mankato, Minn. The Soldiers are returning after a year-long mobilizati​on to conduct peacekeeping​ operations in Kosovo.
Unit Information

Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment, located in Mankato and Owatonna Minnesota, provides infantry ground combat support for the 34th Infantry Division and can be rapidly deployed through air assault helicopter operations. Additionally, Headquarters Company is prepared to support Minnesota with troops capable of assisting in disaster response.
