FORT LEAVENWORTH, Kansas - Soldiers of the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division lead the fight in the U.S. Army's largest Warfighter Exercise June 12-26. This Division Full-Scale Exercise (DFSX) refines the skills of the Red Bulls and their brigades from across the nation, calling upon the experience of their combat-tested Soldiers. "The successful completion of this DFSX is the culmination of more than a year of tireless preparation by all involved," said Division Commanding General, U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Neal Loidolt. "In the end, with our enemy defeated, we can return home knowing that we are trained and ready for whatever the future holds, fully capable of sustaining the Division's celebrated legacy."
The Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (DHHB), 34th Infantry Division is a Minnesota Army National Guard Battalion that provides the necessary internal logistics, communications, and security for the 34th Infantry Division Headquarters. Additionally, the DHHB is prepared to support the State of Minnesota with troops capable of assisting civil authorities during a disaster.
The DHHB is headquartered in Inver Grove Heights and has five subordinate companies: Headquarters Support Company in Inver Grove Heights; A Company (Operations) and B Company (Intelligence and Sustainment) in Rosemount; C Company (Signal) in Faribault and the 34th Infantry Division Band in Rosemount.
