Wills
Thank you for visiting the Minnesota legal assistance office website. We look forward to helping you with your will. In order for us to best serve you we have a couple of things we would like you to complete.
1. Complete each part of the Client Card when you send in your will information.
2. Read Will Questionnaire.
3. Complete Will Questionnaire, fully detailed. Answer every question, even if answer is negative.
4. Send the client card and will questionnaire to the legal assistance office. A paralegal will confirm it is complete or return it to you for completion.
5. When Questionnaire is complete, you will be assisted in setting up a phone conference/or meeting to complete the will.
