General Legal Issues

Thank you for visiting the Minnesota legal assistance office website. We look forward to helping you with your legal issue.  In order for us to best serve you we have a couple of things we would like you to complete. 

1. Complete each part of the Client Card and send in with all information regarding your case.

2. Insure you detail all additional information in block 13 in the client card you think may be important for review.

3. Include scans or copies of all documents you think are important.

4. Provide all current contact info for anyone you think may need to be contacted.

5. Send the client card and related documents to the legal assistance office.

6. A paralegal will review the information and either assist you or refer you to an attorney to assist you with your issue.
