Sgt. Maj. Michael Mettille, 44, of West St Paul died of a non-combat related injury Thursday, Feb. 1. Sgt. Maj. Mettille was assigned to A Co.,134th Brigade Support Battalion based in Brooklyn Park.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to my family during this extremely difficult time. All your prayers, gifts and stories of Michael have brought comfort to myself and our children.
Michael was everything to us and his death has left a void that will never be filled. We were greatly blessed to have been loved by Mike and will carry that love with us throughout our lives.
