1. $20,000 NPS Critical Skill Bonus - must enlist for 6X2 or 8X0 in one of the “TOP TEN” or MN “TOP 20” Critical Skills
2. $15,000 NPS Critical Skill MOS Bonus - must enlist for 3X5, 6X2, or 8X0 in an MTO&E unit regardless of MOS.
3. $5,000 “Quick Ship” - must enlist for 3X5, 6X2, or 8X0; Regardless of MOS; Can not be combined with the NGB “Top Ten” Critical Skill MOS Bonus

1. $15,000 for 6 years paid out, ½ upon enlistment and the other ½ of the 3rd anniversary of enlistment.
2. $7500 for 3 years paid out, ½ upon enlistment and the other ½ on the 3rd anniversary of enlistment.
3. $6000 for a second 3 year extension, ½ upon enlistment and the other ½ on the 3rd anniversary of enlistment.

    Eligibility:

1. Not more than 16 years of total military service at the time of enlistment
2. Soldiers who have previously received a Selected Reserve Enlistment or Re-enlistment Bonus are no longer prohibited from receiving the PS bonus.
3. Complete MOS training within 24 months of date of enlistment.
   

1. $15,000 REB to Deployed AGR/TECH Soldiers serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Kuwait who reenlist for 6 years
2. $7500 REB to Deployed Soldiers serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Kuwait who reenlist for 3 years
3. $15,000 REB to Soldiers signing for 6 years - Pay out is a lump-sum payment effective date of new contract (day after current contractual ETS).
4. $7500 REB to Solders signing for 3 years (1st 3 year) - Pay out is a lump-sum payment effective date of new contract (day after current contractual ETS).
5. $6000 REB to Solders signing for a subsequent 3 year (2nd 3 year) - Pay out is a lump-sum payment effective date of new contract (day after current contractual ETS).

    Eligibility:

1. Not have more than 20 years of total military service at the time of ETS
2. Soldiers that have more than 18 years TIS as of current ETS may extend for 3 or 6 years and receive a pro-rated payment up to 24-years.
   

1. $20,000 AB for a 6 years affiliation.
2. $10,000 AB for a 3 year affiliation

    Eligibility:

1. Have fewer than 20 years of total military service at the time of ETS
2. Must MOSQed and not be more than one grade below the required grade for the duty position for which they are affiliating.
3. Affiliate in the ARNG in active drilling status for a minimum of 3 years.
4. Soldiers affiliating from another service must be awarded the enlisted MOS as their PMOS at time of affiliation.
5. Pay out is ½ upon affiliation into the ARNG and ½ on the 3rd anniversary of affiliation.
   

1. $10,000 Officer Affiliation bonus to Officers and Warrant Officers who upon separation from AD agree to serve in the ARNG.

    Eligibility:

1. Must meet all original criteria per SRIP Policy 07-06.
2. Payment is lump sum upon affiliation or upon completion of training if applicable.
   

1. $10,000 Officer Accession Bonus

    Eligibility:

1. Must meet all original criteria per SRIP Policy 07-06.
2. Payment is lump sum upon affiliation or upon completion of applicable training within 3 years from date of commission or appointment.

1. $2000 MOS Conversion Bonus

    Eligibility:

1. Hold rank of Sgt. and have less than 10-years TIS at time of application.
2. Hold rank of Sgt. or below regardless of TIS.
3. Agree to retrain into designated MOS that is less than 90% filled and within the same skill level at time of conversion.
4. Sign written agreement to serve for a period of 3-years effective upon completion of MOSQ retraining within any unit where the targeted shortage exist.

5. Soldiers receiving the NPSEB must first complete their existing contractual obligation in order to become eligible to receive the MOSCB.
6. Soldiers remain eligible to receive their existing ARNG SRIP incentives, except for number (5) above.
7. Payment is lump sum upon successful completion of MOS retraining.
