Wikipedia is a free online encyclopedia that allows users to add or change most content. This type of collaborative environment allows subject matter experts to define the people places and things they know best.

For instance: a M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle Mechanic could easily add a newly released weapons system to the Wikipedia definition of the M2.
