Maj. Gen. Larry Shellito, The Adjutant General, Minnesota National Guard, thanked the more than 400 people in attendance at the departure ceremony at the Austin TACC, Sunday, July 15. Maj. Gen. Shellito addressed the Soldiers as well and thanked them for their commitment to the Minnesota Army National Guard. “Your commitment has helped maintain the 34th Infantry Division as the leading National Guard division in the country, said Shellito. “Without your commitment, we could not be an asset to our state and our country.”
