DESCRIPTION: Department of Natural Resources Park Security Officers learned defensive tactics as part of their certification training conducted at Camp Ripley on June 6, 2007. The officers learned how to break free from a chock hold of a person attacking them from behind as well as other escapes. The officers are in the first tier of the three levels of officers employed by the DNR and do not carry weapons.
