Jim Sullivan, a representative for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), explains to participants of first ever Veterans Reintegration Seminar about the importance of employers working with Minnesota National Guard members coming back from combat deployments. The Veterans Reintegration Seminar was held at the International Chef’s Culinary Center in Burnsville, Minn. on Jan. 30th. The City of Burnsville, Senator John Doll, Minnesota National Guard Reintegration Team and Dakota Country Veterans Services held the seminar to educate business owners, employers, religious affiliates, education representatives and community service personnel on the past, current and future needs of Minnesota National Guardsman returning from combat.
