Members of the Eagan Fire Department talk with Captain George Fischer Georg 133rd Airlift Wing Minnesota Air National Guard in an abandon parking lot during an Eagan Minnesota Emergency Exercise involving seventeen different agencies, including local fire departments, law enforcement, ambulances, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Defense, and the Minnesota Air National Guard worked through the scenario for nearly four hours.
