A cloud of pink smoke rolls across an abandon parking lot during an Eagan Minnesota Emergency Exercise involving seventeen different government agencies including local fire departments, law enforcement, ambulances, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Defense, and the Minnesota Air National Guard.
