David Gisch emergency preparedness coordinator for Dakota County Minnesota talks to Lieutenant Colonel Deon Ford 133rd Airlift Wing Minnesota Air National Guard in the early morning before a Eagan Minnesota Emergency Exercise involving seventeen different government agencies. Since the exercise centered around a crashed C-130 cargo aircraft from the Minnesota Air National Guard LtCol. Ford was one of over a dozen memebers of the Wing involved.
