Chap. 1st Lt. Vincent Hokkanen prays a blessing during the commencement ceremony of the Day of the Dead Celebration Oct. 28 at the Minnesota Historical Center. The Historical Center and Metro-based Guadalupe Alternative School partnered with the National Guard to include an ofrenda that honors Minnesota's Fallen servicemembers.
