DESCRIPTION: Soldiers at the 98th Street Armory in Bloomington sign-in during a ‘Community Stand-to’ which was held from 11am-2pm on Sat., Jan. 12th. The event gathered dozens of volunteers and employers in the community who offered information, help and services to the Soldiers, free of charge.
