DESCRIPTION: U. S. Air Force crew chiefs and weapons specialists from the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, perform an end of runway inspection on an F-16C on the morning of October 14, 2007 at the Air National Guard Base located in Duluth, Minnesota during an Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI).
