DESCRIPTION: U. S. Air Force Colonel Mark Johnson, 148th Fighter Wing Commander, Minnesota Air National Guard says farewell to members of the wing as they load onto a C-17 Globemaster prior to departing to Hickam AFB, Hawaii on the morning of November 9th, 2007 at the Air National Guard Base located in Duluth, Minnesota. The 148th Fighter Wing is deploying personnel, aircraft and equipment to take over Air Sovereignty Alert operations in lue of the F-15s grounded by the Air Force.
