DESCRIPTION: A U. S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster awaits members of the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, to transport them to Hickam AFB, Hawaii on the morning of November 9th, 2007 at the Air National Guard Base located in Duluth, Minnesota. The Wing is deploying personnel, aircraft and equipment to take over Air Sovereignty Alert operations in lue of the F-15s grounded by the Air Force.
