Tech. Sgt. Karrie Russell, 332nd Expeditionary Communications Squadron cable and antenna systems maintainer, cuts copper cable used to ground a lightning rod here, March 6. The rod and cable is used to give lightning a path of least resistance that is higher than the other equipment installed on the tower. Sergeant Russell is deployed from the 210th Engineering Installation Squadron Air National Guard, St. Paul, Minn.
