The Minnesota National Guard relies on the support of employers statewide to support the Soldiers and Airmen of the Minnesota National Guard. The Department of Defense’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) works with employers, reservists, military leadership, and 54 volunteer committees to build and maintain a strong base of support for the role of the National Guard and Reserve in our Nation's defense.
