Our Mission

Our mission is to provide substance abuse prevention and education training, treatment referrals, and outreach to military families that would positively impact retention efforts and enhance combat readiness.

Prevention, Treatment and Outreach (PTO) Prevention - substance abuse awareness and prevention training is conducted by the State Prevention Coordinator (PC) at the unit level, reintegration training, and is provided for all soldiers, airmen and their families.

Treatment - providing resources and referrals for service members and their families within their local communities.

Outreach - reaching out to military and community organizations, resources, and coalitions to provide collaborative support, training, and relationship building with in our communities .
What The PTO Program Provides

· Command Support/Assessment (URI, R-URI)

Do you use to escape from worries or  trouble? Do you drink  alone or lie  about your  addiction? Have you ever had a loss of memory as a result of addiction? If you answered yes to 3 or more of these questions, you may need to seek professional help.
