Using the National Guard distance learning classrooms, more than 3,000 school age children across Minnesota have conducted educational video conferences with engineers and scientists from NASA. 

Topics covered have ranged from The Wright Math, Women in Aviation, The Four Forces of Flight, Asteroids and Building and Landing a Mars Rover. 

This program exposes kids to the value of studying science and math in school and the interaction with NASA subject matter experts demonstrate in real terms what  exciting careers are possible when students apply themselves in school.
