These PFPS v3.01 flight plans are just examples of the ones used in the past by C-130 units.  Because of this, they do not necessarily maintain obstacle clearance!  If you plan oon useing this data, a check should be performed to make sure that obsticle clearance will be maintained! They also are not necessarily going to give you the proper noise abatement paths that may be required by the time you read this.

These plans were produced on PFPS v3.01.  All of the flight plans are intended for Air Drops on the Arno DZ.  The data files are downloadable and may be used as examples.
