The Minnesota Military Museum is operated by the Military Historical Society and is open  daily in June, July, and August from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  September through May hours are Thursday and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The museum contains an excellent collection of military artifacts dating to the Civil War. Artifacts from all wars and campaigns are needed. When the museum is closed, group tours can be requested by calling (320)632-7374 and leaving a recorded message. The Director will return your call. There is no charge for admission but a $3 donation is requested from adults who are not presently in the military.
