The Inspector General Mission
To assess and report to The Adjutant General matters affecting mission performance, discipline, efficiency, economy, morale, training, and readiness of the Minnesota National Guard.
To promote the standards and core values of the Minnesota National Guard through a comprehensive program of teaching and training, inspecting, inquiring, investigating, and assisting.
To identify systemic deficiencies, determine root causes, and to determine responsibility for corrective action.
To assist Minnesota National Guard members and their families in solving service related problems and issues as the eyes, ears, and conscience of The Adjutant General. |
